To sit on this unique private bench comfortably, you have to insert a € 0,50 coin. After a couple of minutes a sound warns the sitter for the end of his/her sitting time, and the pins rise again.
Too bad if a deaf or blind person sits on it. I can just imagine homeless people putting in all the coins they’ve scored for the day so they can get a decent night’s sleep.
