On Monday morning, Environment Canada issued a rainfall warning to Yarmouth County, Shelburne County, and Queens County, as 50 to 70 millimetres of rain can be expected.
Impact
At least 108 people have been confirmed killed across the Bahamas, the Caribbean, Canada, and the United States, as a result of the storm.
